This 1984 American martial arts drama stars Ralph Macchio, Pat Morita and Elisabeth Shue. The story follows Daniel LaRusso (Macchio), an Italian-American teenager from New Jersey who moves with his widowed mother to the Reseda neighborhood of Los Angeles.
